The North Bellarine Film Festival is pleased to announce that submissions are now being accepted for its 2023 program:
- Emerging Filmmaker Award– open to past or current residents of Victoria 25 years of age or younger. Films cannot exceed 15 minutes.
- Short Film Program– films not to exceed 20 minutes.
All genres of films may be submitted.

The winning and finalist films in the Emerging Filmmaker Award and selected short films will be screened at the Potato Shed in Drysdale, Victoria on 18 November 2023.
The submission period closes on 31 August 2023.
